Despite rhetoric from politicians, the facts on the ground in Israel and Palestine have convinced many that the option of a two-state solution is not an achievable path to a just and lasting peace. The reality is that there is already a de facto one state in place, with Palestinians suffering intensifying misery, dispossession, and occupation.
The ODSC campaign rests on four main principles: a multicultural democracy; the right of the refugees to return to their country; a process of thorough decolonization, the dismantling of all structures of domination; and the construction of a new shared civil society.
