Contact Elected Officials/Engage Family and Friends
Call and email your representatives and demand a ceasefire. Do this daily. Persistence is the name of the game. These links make it very easy. Add your name to them all and do it often:
Email and text all your friends and family, share the links above and ask them to email and call their representatives. Your influence matters.
Make Your Voice Heard
Attend a rally or protest or vigil. Visit this site to check on protests in your area.
Consider attending National March on Washington: Free Palestine! Saturday, Nov. 4, 2 PM at Freedom Plaza in Washington DC. This is expected to be a historic march for Palestine, cosponsored by USCPR and other organizations.
Volunteer to help at a protest; be a marshal or help with logistics.
Write to the mainstream media and your local papers. You can do letters to the editor (usually 200 words) and/or opinion pieces (700-900 words).
Drop a banner from a traffic bridge or any other publicly visible location.

Keep up to date with sources of information that provide both necessary context and ongoing coverage including: Al Jazeera, Democracy Now, Mondoweiss, Electronic Intifada, and 972 Magazine.

Host a speaker from your community who was in Palestine or is Palestinian to tell personal stories and experiences.
